Shopping in our online store is simple! Just follow the easy steps below to complete your order.
Step 1: Adding Product(s) To The Shopping Cart

In the info page of any of our products, enter the quantity in the text box and click on the “Add to Basket” button to add the selected product to your shopping cart.

To view your shopping cart at any time, click on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top right corner of any of the pages.
Step 2: Checkout
Once you have confirmed that your shopping cart is correct, click on the “Checkout” link located at the top right corner of any of the pages or the "Checkout" button located in the Shopping Cart on the left panel of the page.

Logging In

If you are a new customer, proceed by registering an account with us. This process is free and will enable a speedier checkout session the next time you shop with us. A confirmation email will be sent to your email account for verification.

Checkout Process

Shipping Address: Your default address (during user registration) will be selected as your shipping address.

If you intend to ship to another address, click on the "Change Address" button and enter a new shipping address. Once you are done, click "Continue"

Note: Please ensure that the address is correct. We do not take responsility of undelivered parcel due to incorect address provided.

Comment: Enter any special request or requirement for your order in the Comment column.

Click "Continue"

Payment Methods: Select a payment method. Currently the following payment methods are supported:

Bank Transfer / Depost (Maybank / CIMB)

Paypal

Credit Card / Debit Card (via Paypal)

Once you have decided on the payment method, click "Continue"

Verify the purchase details. Click "Confirm Order" if the details is correct.
Step 3: Make Payment
Make payment through online banking or money deposit machine if you have selected "Pay via Maybank Transfer/Deposit" or "Pay via CIMB Transfer/Deposit" as your payment method.
If you have selected "PayPal, Credit / Debit Card (via PayPal)" as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal's site. Simply follow the instructions given in the site to complete your payment.

Step 4: Notify us on your payment
Contact us with one of the method that you see fit on our Contact Us page once you have completed the payment process so that we can proceed with your order. Failure to do so might result in delay of shipment.
Step 5: Wait For The Product(s) To Reach Your Doorstep
That's it, you've successfully purchased the item(s) that you require. We will ship your item(s) on the next business day.

Delivery within Malaysia: Usually takes 1 ~ 2 business days to arrive depending on your location.

International Delivery: Depending on the destination country and delivery method, it will take between 3 ~ 14 business days.
We will send the tracking number to you via email once we have shipped your order. Please refer to Shipping page for more information.
