At the moment we are only doing shipment within Malaysia.

We will ship out your goods on the next business day once your payment has been confirmed.

To ensure that all goods shipped out can reach you safely, We will only use Pos Laju in which tracking number is being provided for parcel traceability.

If you require us to use other shipping method besides Pos Laju, please leave a comment during your checkout session or directly Contact Us to state which shipping method that you prefer. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping Rate

Unless specifically stated in the product information page, the shipping rate is a flat rate of RM7 per shipment within Malaysia if puchase value is equal or below RM100. Free delivery for purchase total above RM100.

Buyers from East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) may need to pay additional postage for bigger items such as bag, dry cabinet and tripod etc. Please refer to the product information page for the respective shipping rate.

Shipping rate mentioned above is applicable to delivery within Malaysia only.

For international buyer outside of Malaysia, please Contact Us before your purchase and we will work out the postage for you.

Delivery Time

• Domestic Delivery: Usually takes 1 ~ 2 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
• International Delivery: Depending on the destination country and shipping method, it will take between 3 ~ 14 business days.

We will send the tracking number to you via email once we have shipped your order. Please contact us if you did not receive the tracking number after 2 business days. You can check the status of your parcel in our Pos Laju Tracking page.

Note: If you have purchased out of stock items (as shown during the checkout session), we will only send out the item after the new stock has arrived. The process will be completed in within 2 weeks.
